Pasta and Main Course

The Seasonal Wedding Menu adds a
twist to your typical catering ‘chicken
or fish’ and pasta options. Since all
these ingredients are in season, it’s
never hard to bring out the delectable
taste in every dish.

Seafood Pasta
Creamy, rich seafood pasta
featuring mussels and clams. The
pasta itself has a rich seafood
flavor because it was cooked in
shrimp, mussels and clam stock.

The pasta is really good. Even
without the toppings. you can
really taste the seafood with
the pasta itself.

grilled mahi mahi with
Ripe mango and Turnip Slaw
Abundant during summer, Mahi
Mahi is grilled first before baking to
perfection. It blends well with the ripe
mangoes and turnip, so guests will
never smell or taste a stinky fish flavor.

Pasta and Main Course
Roasted Pumpkin
and Herb Tomatoes
Thinly sliced pumpkins, pinch of salt
and pepper and olive oil – roasted
together – and voila, a perfect,
healthy main dish.

Chicken Roulade Stuffed
with Pork Jackfruit Seeds
Interesting combination of chicken
and jackfruit with creamy, coconut
milk, topped with jackfruit seeds.

I would recommend this seasonal
menu for weddings because it’s
new and not the typical ones we
see during regular occasions. I
definitely think the brides will
like this.
