How Important are they on your wedding? We sought the tip of Ms. Jackie Bermudez Maloles from Caleruega Church. Ms. Zsarina Mercado of ZRM EVENTS tells us that Mock Rings or Dummy Rings are necessary items for weddings. “During the procession of the entourage we give the real wedding rings to the best man to be safe. Kids or ring bearers have the tendency to play with the pillows so the rings might get lost. For safety reasons we are more secured if the real rings are with the best man” she continues to share. "Yes the Missalette needs to be checked and approved by the priest who will officiate the wedding. At times there are readings that are not appropriate for the wedding or wordings that are not included in the new missalette. The rite of marriage must all be in order because that is where the missalette would be based, everybody at the church will follow the said document”, she informs us.
