Ms. Anna Lou of Dulce Dia Pastries graduated at Heny Sison Culinary School, enhanced her skills in
baking at Culinary Institute of America and took her master of cake decorating at Wilton School. Here she
captures the sweetness of our record-holding sweet mangoes. She disregarded using preservatives,
instead, the natural acidity of the mangoes served as the alternative.
Guimaras mangoes have been hailed the sweetest in the world, thus she chose it to represent the Pinoy
taste. She used an original recipe with mango bits and pulp resulting to a cake perfectly capturing the
ripe mangoes’ essence with every slice. Life-like mangoes with their leaves intact adorn her 3-tier
white wedding cake.
