A Wedding after 11

The perfect time is not always the soonest.
Sometimes, the greatest ‘I do’ arrives a decade
plus one later...
The Love Story

She and her friends were looking for a boarding
house when they chanced upon one in Banaba
Cerca. The owner of the boarding house was
Jerry’s brother. And so eventually, their paths
meet. But it was not love at first sight. It was
more like “love eventually”. They became good
friends; her group and his group would come
together and hang out.

yet married. Until the day Jerry invited Anne to look
at something in the jewelry shop. He asked her to
choose the engagement ring she likes and surprised
her with a proposal.
The Wedding

“That day was amazing. The weather is perfect.
Uniting us as one after 11 years is an answered
prayer. I will never forget the day I walked the aisle,
my “Luvski” was waiting for me at the altar with tears
in his eyes.”

At first, Jerry would just take her to and from
school, like a good friend would. Until finally, he
mustered the courage to profess his love for her
and started courting her.
“He was very sweet and thoughtful. But what I
liked the most was the way he made sure I was
safe anywhere I am. We officially became a
couple in March 8, 2008. They fondly called each
other “Luvski”.

After graduating college, they worked together
in a business her father, Anne herself and Jerry
put up. In Style Events kept her busy as its
Wedding Coordinator, while Jerry took care of
the photography aspect. His father was the
videographer and her brother already had a
Sounds and Lights business then.

1. The couple must have Faith, Love, Trust and Respect for
one another to make the relationship stronger.
2. Make sure you don’t get angry at the same time, it will just
make the scenario worse! Learn to listen.. it’s very important.
3. On the day of your wedding, whatever happened during
the wedding preparations, just enjoy the rest of the day...
