Celebrity Paula Peralejo and husband Charlie Fernadez married in Filipiniana-style last February 2013. But on top of being
Filipiniana, the couple made sure it was also eco-friendly, vegetarian, almost flowerless (her bouquet was made of paper
roses), and cost-effective. Invites were done via email, souvenirs were herbs planted by the groom’s mother, and pictures
taken at the photo booth area creatively featured antique-looking wooden frames that the couplebought themselves. To
make up for the meatless hapunan, Pinoy favorite sweets were around from sorbetes to taho, even lechon had a sweet
makeover in wedding cake fashion! Other details were due to a lot of DIY projects, like their cord, table runners, and
misalette. In the end, their wedding pictures did not only capture their themes, it also captured the fun that went in the
planning and the actual wedding!
