Kent’ s beloved waterside wedding venue has just unveiled Spring Barn, and it’ s everything you’ d hope for. In April 2026 it got even more extraordinary, with the opening of Spring Barn ushering in a new era of weddings.
A truly stunning space, Spring Barn brings contemporary character to a rustic barn occasion, with a soaring oak frame, polished concrete floors and a dramatic glass entrance that sets the tone from the moment you enter. A vast feature window frames an incredible view across the estuary. It’ s a setting truly fitting for your most memorable day.
The barn comes alive whether you’ re gathering 50 or 350 guests, with an in-room bar, lounge and beautiful courtyard with fireplace, keeping everyone together and the celebrations flowing from the first glass to the final dance.
Spring Barn joins the Hop Barn, the waterside Oak Gazebo and a 16th century private pub at the estate – beautiful, characterful spaces that are exclusively yours throughout your celebrations. Two preparation rooms ensure your day begins just as beautifully as it ends, and with luxurious onsite accommodation for up to 75 guests, there’ s no reason it has to end too soon. Better still, twoday wedding options can give your wedding the time and space it truly deserves.
The food is as special as the setting, with menus created around homegrown, family-farmed and estate-born produce, supplemented by some of Kent’ s finest suppliers.
