Captured IN Kent

Eclat Socials

“ I started to notice that photographers and videographers would beautifully capture those key moments, but no one was really documenting the in-between, candid moments. Maybe a guest or two, but brides would never really see these videos again and we all know how Nan records a video! So, Eclat Socials was born.”
Isabelle Floyd, Eclat Socials

My name is Isabelle Floyd and I’ ve been running Eclat Socials for just over a year now. Combining my background of hair and the wedding industry as a bridal hairstylist, I’ ve always been a part of those special, once in a lifetime moments of a wedding.

Eclat Socials was built from the love of capturing the smaller details through a candid, behind the scenes style, shot from an iPhone. Those moments before a bride walks down the aisle, the tear that rolls off the mum’ s cheek when she sees her daughter, these are the memories that create your wedding story and we are here to capture those.
We understand just how quickly a wedding day passes, and how much couples want to soak it all in. Our role is to ensure nothing is missed, creating beautiful, natural content that allows you to look back on your day from a whole new perspective. Our approach is calm, unobtrusive, and detail-focused, blending into your wedding, while capturing memories you’ ll both treasure forever.
My favourite part of content creating has to be piecing that final highlight reel together and looking back on all the memories we had captured from the day before.
The day goes by so quickly, and there are lots of small details that create the wedding that the couple may have missed. So, being able to piece these all together, the raw emotions, the happy atmosphere and create something that couples will cherish together is our absolute favourite part.
The biggest difference between wedding videography or photography is the style of content. Yes, both are capturing your big day but content creation captures those raw, unedited moments. Videography is more cinematic and a long- term keepsake, same with photography. However, with content creation, it’ s more social and you’ re able to share your big day with everyone.
You also receive your edits and footage back quicker from a content creator as it does not take as long to edit, meaning you can relive those moments sooner.
I also believe that with content creation we can blend in more, we don’ t have masses of equipment to bring with us, it’ s just an iPhone meaning you don’ t have a great big camera in your face at all times. We can capture those moments in the background which is perfect for those couples who want more candid, raw footage.
Ultimately, content creation doesn’ t replace videography, we believe it complements it. It gives couples both an immediate way to relive their wedding and a timeless film to treasure long-term.
