SPIDER WEB
Number of students: more than 5 (if we think there are too many we can form several webs).
The students form à circle. We give a ball of yarn to one of the students. He/she must throw the ball
to another student asking a question at the same time. The student must keep the end of the ball in
his/her hand. The second student catches the ball and answers the question. It is now his/her turn to
throw the ball to a third student and ask a question.
This activity can be used to practise several types of content (questions-answers, verb tenses,
vocabulary: a student says a word and the other gives the translation).
Examples of questions: what´s your name? How old are you? When is your birthday? What is your
favourite colour?
TELA DE ARAÑA
Número de alumnos: más de 5 (si nos parece que tenemos demasiados podemos hacer varias telas).
Los alumnos forman un círculo. Se da un ovillo a uno de ellos que debe lanzar el ovillo a un
compañero sin soltar el cabo al tiempo que le hace una pregunta. El compañero contesta a la
pregunta y lanza a su vez el ovillo a un tercer compañero haciéndole al mismo tiempo una pregunta.
Esta actividad puede utilizarse para trabajar diferentes contenidos (preguntas-respuestas, tiempos
verbales, vocabulario: un alumno dice una palabra y el otro da la traducción).
Ejemplos de preguntas: ¿Cómo te llamas? ¿Qué edad tienes? ¿Cuándo es tu cumpleaños? ¿Cuál es
tu color preferido?...
