SUGAR PASTE:
1. Put the water and gelatin in a pot on medium
heat. Stir until the gelatin dissolves and then place
the glucose, glycerin and vanilla. Stir well and
remove them from the fire.
2. Put 1/2 of the sugar in a bowl and add the mixture
you made. Stir well with the spoon, adding the rest
of the ore.
3. It needs very strong kneading. Just cool down,
knead with your hands.
4. Divide the pastry into balls and add with a
toothpick, a different color to everyone if you want.
Knead well to go color everywhere.
