Heidi King
Global Director of Environmental Risk at GE Capital
Heidi joined GE Capital in March, 2013, where she leads the Global Environmental
Risk management team. Heidi joined GE from the U.S. Congress where she served
as Chief Economist for the Committee on Energy and Commerce in the House of
Representatives, focused on regulatory and legislative initiatives primarily in the
areas of Environment and Energy policy.
Previously, at the Office of Management and Budget of the Executive Office of the
President, she supervised the development of federal environmental regulation and
coordinated interagency environmental policies. In the private sector, her strategic
quantitative analysis has supported the marketing, organizational and core business
function decisions of national and international firms including Pfizer Global
Pharmaceuticals and Dun and Bradstreet.
Jeramy LeMieux
Director, Global Environmental Compliance at Johnson Controls
Jeramy LeMieux is Director, Global Environmental Compliance at Johnson Controls. Jeramy's
primary responsibility is managing the environmental organization for Johnson Controls Power
Solutions business, the global leader in lead-acid automotive batteries and advanced batteries
for Start-Stop, hybrid and electric vehicles. Our 50 manufacturing, recycling and distribution
centers supply more than one third of the world’s lead-acid batteries to major automakers and
aftermarket retailers.
In this role, he manages all aspects of environmental compliance - including program
management, compliance auditing, and operational support. Jeramy’s primary background is in
environmental engineering, sustainability, and global regulatory compliance.
