fall under at least one of the 65 EPRTR economic activities and
exceed one of the E-PRTR
thresholds; 2) transfers waste offside which exceeds specific
thresholds; 3) release pollutants
which exceed specific thresholds
for air, water and land.”

Greenhouse gases, other gases,
heavy metals, pesticides,
chlorinated organic substances,
other organic substances,
inorganic substances

Companies operating in European
countries MUST submit
information about their emissions.
