Today’s Presenters: Sansanee Dhanasarnsombat EHS Regulatory Consultant, Asia Pacific Sally Li EHS Regulatory Consultant, Asia Pacific Xiaolu Wang EHS Regulatory Consultant, Asia Pacific Sansanee Dhanasarnsombat is a Senior EHS Regulatory Consultant at Enhesa based in Washington, D.C. Sansanee covers EHS compliance in Thailand and countries in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia. She specializes in sustainability and CSR as well as energy efficiency. Sansanee is admitted to practice law in Thailand and New York State. Prior to joining Enhesa, Sansanee worked as an attorney in a law firm based in Bangkok, Thailand. She also worked at the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington, D.C. as an Economic and Political Assistant. Sansanee holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center and Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She speaks English and Thai. Sally Li is a senior EHS policy and regulatory expert for the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) based in Enhesa’s Washington D.C. office. Sally’s main focus is on monitoring new EHS regulatory and policy developments; developing regulatory compliance assurance tools for multinational companies with a GCR presence; and advising clients about their EHS compliance strategy in East Asia countries. Prior to joining Enhesa, Sally interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Sally holds a Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law; a Master degree in Human Resources Development and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport; as well as a Bachelor degree in English from Jianghan University, China. Sally is admitted to the New York Bar, and speaks English and Mandarin. Xiaolu Wang is a Regulatory Consultant at Enhesa based in Washington, DC. Ms. Wang is a Chinese/US-trained attorney with over five years of professional experience and is licensed to practice law in China and the State of New York. She specializes in laws and regulations that have environmental, health, and safety implications, with a major focus on hazardous chemical management and carbon emissions trading issues. Ms. Wang is responsible for China-related EHS issues at Enhesa and is the lead consultant for Hong Kong and various major provinces in China. Ms. Wang’s key experience includes researching legal issues and representing clients in civil litigations. Ms. Wang holds a Master of Laws degree from the America University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Capital Normal University in Beijing.
