About Expo 2015, we are happy to announce
that We the Italians is closing deal with UVET
and we will be able very soon to present travel ideas branded We the Italians, all of which
contain the visit to Expo: a must see, make no
mistake! More coming soon…
As always, also in our 63rd issue of this magazine
we will wander through different Italian regions
to take a look at some of the beautiful excellences of a few Regions of our beloved country. We start from Tuscany with the tradition of
the wonderful Palio di Siena, and then we move
north to Veneto and the culture and history of
Verona, a city for lovers. Lombardia is the region where our great Italian of the past, Mother
Frances Cabrini, was born; and we move south
to Sicily and the beautiful handcrafts from Trapani. The cuisine in this issue is from Lazio, and
after that we go back to Tuscany for the magical
land and nature of the Elba island and for the
flavor of Pecorino Toscano. Back to Veneto for
the art belonging to the University of Padua, we
then move to Sardinia for the beautiful garden
in Aymerich. Almost in front of Sardinia there’s
Campania and its tasty Falanghina wine, and
after that we go back north to Friuli Venezia
Giulia and the little town of Fagagna. Last but
not least, we visit the Italian cinema of a curious
festival in Bologna, Emilia Romagna, and then
we end our trip back in Lazio, where we learn
about Roman English libraries. That’s just a tiny
preview of all you will find in this issue of We
the Italians magazine!
Before to say goodbye, let me remind you the
awesome opportunity given by the partnership
between John Cabot University and We The
Italians: two brand new Italian-American Heritage Scholarship. You can find the specifics in
this previous editorial, or you can contact [email protected] for more information.
That’s all for now. So stay tuned, fasten your
seat belt and enjoy the ride. The future’s so bright, we gotta wear shades!
