"It has been about eight years since my last visit to see the Rickman herd. The horses are healthy, fit and enjoying life as horses, free to form bands, graze, raise young and socialize in the most natural of ways. It was extremely inspiring to see so many beautiful animals in every color imaginable.

A few of the bands were quite large, and when called came galloping in toward us very impressively. Bryant's daily feeding schedule often includes traveling some 90 miles to reach them all, as there are many locations where they are housed. To keep up with Bryant you had better wear your best jogging shoes, as he presses on tirelessly to reach each band.

The sincerity of love Bryant has for these horses is abundantly obvious. There is no creature more honest than a horse, and I personally observed some 200 mustangs give bold testimony to this man. It is an honor and privilege to experience any amount

of time with Bryant and his horses,"
