The MA3 2017 season is underway and this is the time of year to improve your Mounted Archery skills. Mounted Archery is a sport that can be enjoyed by all levels. If the competitive bug has bitten you then MA3 has three different ways to test your skills.

The next way to test your skills on a regular basis is for your club to offer Ranking Opportunities. Ranking is a standardized test that you can take with scoresheets, timers, and witnesses that measure your

skills over a variety of different courses. Ranking levels can be earned and your accomplishments will be recognized by adding your name to the MA3 Ranking list.

The USA is a participating member to the International Horseback Archery Alliance, or IHAA, to which MA3 is the governing body for this country. The IHAA has two functions; to provide standardized rules and courses for Ranking and to provide worldwide Postal Matches. Postal Matches are a way to compete against others from all over the world while riding your own horse on your home track.
