Our horses learn to be horses again with no expectations, agenda, or timeline.

Jubilee, our beautiful blind cremello filly, is almost three years old. Her mother was rescued from an auction pregnant. Jubilee was born blind at the rescue. At the time, the only information I could find regarding blind foals stated they should be euthanized. We

chose not to euthanize her and now, Jubilee is a living example of how blind horses can lead a very full and happy life. She can be found in our pasture, running with her herd, amongst 32 other horses, bovines, and donkeys. We have senior horses like Cowboy and Chester, who were abandoned when they were no longer ridable, and just needed a quiet place to enjoy retirement. Each one has their own story, each one in search of security and peace. We provide sanctuary for those in need and will always, gratefully take back any animal we have adopted out that must be returned, for any reason. We hope that someday rescue is no longer needed. Until then, we have devoted our lives to the advocacy, protection, rescue, and rehabilitation, of horses.
