my mothers since then. They send birthday and Christmas cards, but they don't call or want to see me.

How did you and Mike meet? What is your story?
Mike and I attended the same university. He was a Sophomore when I was a Freshman, but we had an elective course together. We hit it off from the start. Neither of us knew that the other was straight, so we started out just as really good friends. He eventually made a move on me and it has been the most amazing experience of my life.

What are your plans for the future?
Mike and I are currently working together with a group of straight men and women to get a law passed allowing us to be married. We would love to be united by law one day. We consider ourselves just as valid of a couple as any gays. I don't think it is fair that our happiness isn't equal to everyone else's. We hope to be married one day soon, with children. I want them to grow up in a united household so we will definitely wait to have kids until we can be married.

Do you truly believe you provide a healthy environment for a child to grow up in?
Yes, I believe that Mike and I present a united force. We can provide our children with just as much love and comfort as any other couple.
