Last month, the actor held a black tie event in hopes to raise money to go towards treatment options for being straight. His event raised $38.9 million that will all be donated to helping this cause. The money will be split evenly between providing treatment to patients who can't afford it and to labratories who research potential treatment options.

Coming from a family with straight parents, Harris realizes how hard it is to be straight. He is a man on a mission and he claims that being heterosexual is either a choice or a disease, but he is going to cure both!
