Anti-Inflammatory
Anti-Inflammatory Herbal Blend:
Sprouted Black Rice, Mangosteen rind , papaya leaves, Amalaki. Mix with Seasonally Available Fresh Fruit.
Recipe:
One medium size ripe banana.
One slice ripe papaya or half an apple (substitute any fresh fruit in season)
Two teaspoons honey.
Add ice and 200 ml. of cold water.
Add one 10grams of Anti-Inflammatory Herbal Blend*
Blend for approximately 2 minutes.
