ISikolo – Learning Made Easy – represents exactly what the name says – a school where learning is made accessible and easy for learners to achieve qualifications that suit requirements of the real estate industry.
Our customers are learners from the real estate industry, who wish to obtain the industry’ s minimum requirements. These include interns, full-status agents and principals.
The owners are Salma and Nantes le Roux, who have been in the sales and service industries for more than 30 years. They have a passion for the real estate industry and regard training as an absolute requirement to empower people. ISikolo is not just about learning but also the sharing of knowledge. The owners bring a wealth of experience gained in their involvement in their target industries. ISiKolo employs facilitators and assessors who share their passion for the industry as the school
wishes to empower people to achieve their career goals.
ISikolo brings training and learning to its learners in a positive manner that makes for an easy, enjoyable experience towards their selfempowerment in their chosen career. Interns enter our programmes as rookies and exit as real estate professionals!
The amendment to the Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976 demands a minimum requirement at entry level to the industry and ISikolo’ s aim is to be the chosen school for enrolment. One such client who has chosen ISiKolo as their preferred training service provider is RE / MAX Property Associates.
