NO ONE CAN DO IT FOR YOU – Take re-
sponsibility for yourself!
YOU SHOULD LOOK DIFFERENT – You are
different, you should look different!
YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING
UNTIL YOU APPLY IT – These are just good
ideas until you practice!
As I started putting those to practice on the
DANCEfloor, they were also becoming a
part of me and impacting my personal life.
I’ve been a GROOVE Facilitator for 10 years
and am a Master Trainer who gets to help
spread this powerful tool for helping peo-
ple of all ages, shapes, and sizes become
comfortable in their own skin.

What makes me beautiful?
I’m a genuine person. What you see is what
you get and I live by what I teach. We’ve all
got our own stuff to deal with so I really
can’t judge others for theirs. But I CAN love
them and help them see the beauty inside
of themselves so that they are inspired to
radiate more of that.
