in any capacity, it isn’t to get something in return, but for the pure beauty of loving.

- Choosing Joy and Love on a daily basis.
- Knowing that I am enough
- Doing work and activities that I am passionate about and that make me feel engaged and

- Dancing, Music, Wearing things that reflect my personality/style and make me feel sexy and

Meet Professional Human, Karen Davis King:
Karen is a passionate dance/fitness facilitator, as well as a coach/men-
tor, public speaker, Reiki healer, blogger, novice
drummer, spoken word poet and mother of two.
She has certifications in Eating Psychology and
is currently engaged in an intensive training for
a certification in Sex, Love and Relationship
Coaching. Karen is passionate about authentic
self-care and helping individuals design their
best possible life through nourishing,
daily practices and a sustainable, pleasurable
relationship with food and body.
She brings a unique, infectious energy to every-
thing she does and has often been described as
Authentic, Compassionate, Inspiring andvPas-
sionate. One of her many passions has been
her involvement with her community running
programs and mentoring at-risk youth and sur-
vivors of sex trafficking for over 10 years. Her
passion stems from her experiences of rising up from her own trauma as
a child and teenager…experiences that have equipped her with a greater
compassion and understanding for survivors of related traumas.
