FINAL STOP : DISNEY ’ S GRAND FLORIDIAN RESORT & SPA For our last stop , it took Disney ’ s Grand Floridian 17 years to join her sisters Contemporary and Poly , completing the monorail resort trifecta . She ’ s a timeless , enchanting addition and will make you feel like royalty . The lobby is gorgeous with many Victorian details , but the best part is the live piano player tickling the ivories on the Steinway .
There ’ s no shortage of delectable dining options at the Grand Floridian . It all comes down to your palate and pocket . Grand Floridian Cafe is a casual dining location offering breakfast , lunch , and dinner with choices to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters . Plus , they get bonus points for offering Mickey Waffles .
Cítricos and Narcoossee ’ s are Signature Dining options with tempting menus of seafood and steak . If you really want to go all out , Grand Floridian is home to the AAA Five Diamond Award winner , Victoria & Albert ’ s .
The rooms have elegant décor , and you can ’ t go wrong no matter which type you select , since you already have a perfect location along the monorail . Some rooms have a theme park view , which is a nice choice , but you can always maximize your space with a 1- or 2-bedroom suite .
Beach Pool is a great way to cool off and has a really nice view of Seven Seas Lagoon . Courtyard Pool is nestled between buildings and is very relaxing .
The pièce de résistance , however , is in the name of the resort itself : Senses – A Disney Spa and Salon at Disney ’ s Grand Floridian Resort is the perfect way to pamper yourself just footsteps from your hotel room .
You can have your own happily ever after at Grand Floridian in Disney ’ s Wedding Pavilion .
