MAGIC KINGDOM MUNCHIES Most picky eaters won ’ t say no to a Mickey Ice Cream Bar , but Cheeseburger Spring Rolls from Adventureland ? Probably too adventurous .
Split up ! Picky eaters can grab hot dogs from Casey ’ s , you can get your spring rolls , and everyone can meet in the hub for a picnic .
Or have a bella notte at Tony ’ s Town Square . Our picky eaters devoured spaghetti , and everyone enjoyed the Lady and the Tramp theme .
WDW buffets offer the freedom of choice to picky eaters and can also add the magic of characters . Find all the classics at Crystal Palace : Pooh , Tigger , and plenty of mac and cheese .
Rewards are good incentives : Let your picky eater earn souvenirs by exploring the menu , trying bites of your dish , or ordering something new .
EPCOT EATS EPCOT is a paradise for foodies but can be a picky eater ' s nightmare . There ’ s no PB & J in Japan or France , but macaroni & cheese is on the menu at La Hacienda de San Angel in Mexico .
Grab chicken nuggets from Refreshment Port or cheese flatbread from Sunshine Seasons while others enjoy festival food kiosks . Outside The Land building is a low wall perfect for impromptu dining .
You can also find family-style food inside The Land at Garden Grill .
At Chefs de France , savor ratatouille while the little ones munch on hamburgers . You can also remind them that Belle , Lumiere , and
Remy all love French food . Look at the menu through this lens to find dishes your kid may be willing to try .
HUNGRY IN HOLLYWOOD Fried Endorian Chicken Tip Yip . Try saying that five times fast . Or convincing your picky eater to eat it .
Dining in Batuu is a must for Star Wars fans ; Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is probably best for picky padawans .
If Batuu food is too out of this world for the little ones , pop over to PizzeRizzo to order them a pie , then meet on the benches just past the entrance to Rise of the Resistance .
Or try the buffet at Hollywood & Vine . Minnie ’ s Holiday Dine is our favorite because of Santa Goofy and the chocolate fountain . Everybody loves a chocolate fountain !
Over at Sci-Fi Dine-In , cram all your eaters in a car , watch old movies , and scarf down classic diner food .
Tip : Experiment with appetizers or sides as a meal . Your picky eater can sample plenty without committing to a whole meal .
What ’ s Mickey eating ? Look for the yellow Mickey on menus for Disney Check meals . These meals are straightforward and meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines .

Try Nomad Lounge . You get the full Tiffins menu ( one of the best at WDW ) but in a more casual space . Your picky eater can munch on fruit , veggies , or macaroni & cheese and if you can grab couch seating , maybe have a little nap .
Tip : Go to a more adventurous restaurant after feeding your picky eater . They can have dessert while you enjoy an exotic meal .
