Upon stepping inside , you are instantly transported to an upscale oasis with rich fabrics and gold embellishments , sophisticated paintings , and Venetian glass . One of our favorite design features is the dining room ’ s semicircular shape with floorto-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views .
WHEN CAN YOU DINE HERE ? We have experienced dinner at Palo once that we genuinely enjoyed . Still , there was a tradeoff : missing a fun night of regular rotational dining at one of the elaborate restaurants onboard .
