The blueberry cream cheese mousse from Satu ’ li Canteen made the # 5 spot not only for its burst of bright berry flavor but also for its super light , heat-friendly texture . A blueberry cake serves as the base for this eye-catching treat , but it ’ s the accoutrements that helped put this Pandoran delight on our list . Sitting on a bed of raspberry compote , the airy blueberry cake boasts a flavor made even more prominent by the crown of passion fruit mousse and meringue . Altogether , this fruity , airy , flavor-packed dessert is the perfect sweet treat that won ’ t weigh you down for the remainder of your Animal Kingdom adventures .

Crepes Des Chefs De France

If you enter EPCOT ’ s World Showcase without a checklist of must-eats , you just may wind up eating yourself around the world with no room left for dessert . I ’ ve been there , and that ’ s why I can confidently say you ’ ll want to plan ahead to leave room for our # 4 dessert : crepes des chefs de France . When you order , watch through the window as the Chef makes your paper-thin pastry fresh just for you . No matter if you choose sugar , chocolate , or strawberry preserve filling , this fun dessert appeals to palettes of every generation . Crepes are the perfect grab-and-go treat to enjoy while waiting for the nighttime fireworks to begin . “ Plus ” yours by topping it with vanilla soft-serve ice cream .

Num Num Cookie

Coming in at # 3 is a sweet treat that flew into Municiberg last year and quickly stole the hearts of chocolate chip cookie lovers everywhere . Just like spunky little Jack-Jack , I ’ m a sucker for a delicious , fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie . Measuring 5 inches wide and standing at nearly 1 inch thick , the num num cookies served hot in Hollywood Studios are truly the cookie of chocolate lovers ’ dreams . The thick , rich chunks of chocolate are surrounded by soft , chewy cookie dough that is always dense and soft in the middle and chewy around the edges . The best part is the cookies are served warm , so the chocolate chunks are always so perfectly melty .

No Way Jose

The classic seashore era decor and boardwalk-style eats at Beaches & Cream make for a fun meal , but it ’ s the ice cream concoctions that keep the crowds coming back . Yes , the Kitchen Sink may be the most famous , but the No Way Jose takes the cake here — pun intended ! The Chef packs a huge sundae glass to the brim with vanilla and chocolate ice cream , chocolate sauce , peanut butter sauce , chocolate chips , and peanut butter morsels , then tops it with whipped cream and a cherry . Now that ’ s one dessert I ’ ll always leave room for . The cold ice cream combined with the warm sauce creates a rich flavor and texture combo that beats any other ice cream on the menu . Don ’ t forget to bring a buddy to share .

The best kept , sweetest secret of Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is just a boat ride away . Board a ship from Disney Springs to the Sassagoula River for a stop at Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter . Here , Cast Members fry up fresh beignets all day and night . There are seasonal options available , but the fresh-fried classic Mickey-shaped beignets have never let me down . To ensure the powdered sugar doesn ’ t melt , the outside stays soft , and the pillowy center stays chewy , find a table and enjoy your Mickey beignets immediately . When relatives visit , I treat them to these unbelievably authentic beignets , and they are always the new favorite of anyone who ’ s indulged .
