There ’ s a classic Disney snack that ’ s been a fanfavorite for many years . No , we ’ re not talking about the Dole Whip this time . Right now , in the month of November , we are talking TURKEY ! Who doesn ’ t love one of Disney ’ s famous turkey legs ? This snack can be considered lunch for some of us because of its size . You can grab a turkey leg from a cart in Frontierland in Magic Kingdom and enjoy its smoky flavors while taking in the sights and sounds of Disney ’ s version of the Western Frontier . This snack can also be one of those “ on-the-go ” type of snacks to grab while walking to your next attraction .
Thanksgiving dinner so well at the Liberty Tree Tavern , you can enjoy it there every day , all year long . An allyou-care-to-enjoy array of turkey and the trimmings is finished off with some amazing desserts . Yes , please and thank you .
Liberty Tree isn ’ t the only game ( football pun intended ) in town to get a traditional meal on Thanksgiving Day . Over the years , various restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort have offered the classic holiday menu to accommodate the large crowds who continue to , much like that fateful weekend in 1971 , converge on the resort during the holiday weekend .
With COVID-19 causing so many shifts in operations , it ' s not clear how Thanksgiving will be celebrated at Walt Disney World this year . There is no doubt , however , it will be as magical as it possibly can be and will surely be a holiday to be thankful for .
