But , save for Buzz Lightyear ’ s blurry scan of a strange planet Andy ’ s bed and a view from Sarge ’ s binoculars and the oculars of Lenny , we don ’ t actually see the world straight from their eyes .
At Disney ’ s Hollywood Studios ( DHS ), however , you can shrink down to the size of your favorite toy and truly experience the world from their vantage point . This themed land puts you right in the center of your favorite Pixar movie series as you experience what life is like for Andy ’ s toys .
When your alarm goes off in the morning of DHS Day , you ’ d better ride like the wind , Bullseye , to catch your early bus : Toy Story Land is well worth a rope drop .

Slinky Dog Dash is a unique themed
Slinky Dog Dash coaster that ’ ll take you and your family on a thrilling , 2-minute ride around Andy ’ s backyard . The premise is that
Andy has assembled his Mega Coaster Play Kit , and he ’ s using Slinky Dog as the ride vehicle . Aboard your Slink train , you ’ ll be treated to a fast but family-friendly ride that sees Slinky Dog bending around curves and flying up and down hills . It ’ s the most “ grown-up ” ride in Toy Story Land with two launches , a top speed of 40 miles per hour ( the second launch , “ Here we go !”), and a long curved drop . The ride doesn ’ t have any loops or inversions , however , making it ideal for younger kids or roller coaster rookies . There is a height requirement ( 38 inches ) so the youngest members of your party may have to sit this one out .
When Slinky Dog Dash opened in June 2018 , it became so popular so quickly that the wait time rose to several hours — a good ride to rope drop before the crowd arrives .
