The loaded fries are sure to be gobbled up in a second because , frankly , what ’ s not to love about this combination of ingredients ? These are the classic Disney french fries you will find across property but plussed with the addition of melted cheese , bacon , lettuce , and tomato . My only critique of this dish is the lettuce . Thinly chopped lettuce plus warm fries and melted cheese means that the oncecrispy lettuce starts to wilt quickly and doesn ’ t add a satisfying crunch to the plate . If I was in charge of the menu , I ’ d swap the lettuce for some sliced green onions . That way , the greenery ’ s visual appeal would be preserved , and the onions would hold up better to the fries and melted cheese . This appetizer is delicious , and if you order it to share , I ’ m sure the whole table will happily devour it ; I just think this dish isn ’ t quite living up to its full potential .
