• Towels — Bring your own or rent them at the park . If you ' re a Disney resort guest , towel rentals are free .
• Footwear — Save your toes from roasting with water shoes or flip-flops .
• Swim diapers — Pricey in-park purchase .
• Ziploc bags — Large for wet clothes and towels and small for storing phones or other electronics .
• Hair ties — There are few things colder than freezing wet hair dripping down your back on the bus ride .
• Map and plan — The parks are much bigger than they look . Have a chair location identified or cabana reserved before you arrive .
