This refreshing drink became a smash hit at the festival and is sure to keep returning . It ’ s so popular that Disney made merchandise in its signature violet color .
Crispy Citrus Chicken ( The Citrus Blossom ): Crispy fried chicken with orange aioli . A delicious piece of golden fried chicken with a slightly sweet , citrusy aioli is just a perfect snack to enjoy while you stroll the gardens at EPCOT . I always look out for this one at the festival .
Field Greens ( The Berry Basket ): Field greens with fresh strawberries , blue cheese , and vinaigrette . We had never had this combination of ingredients before and fell in love with this dish . The juicy and sweet berries , paired with the tang of the blue cheese , is fantastic .

Spicy Blackened Shrimp with Cheddar Cheese Grits ( Florida Fresh ): With brown gravy and a corn relish . So much flavor and so filling . This shrimp and grits dish has morphed and evolved
over the years , but this latest incarnation with gravy and sweet corn relish was top-notch , and I hope it returns to the festival .
