At the November D23: Destination D convention in Orlando, big news was shared.
Pandora- The World of Avatar is finally coming in the summer of 2017! Have you seen the
Audio-Animatronic they have created? It is simply remarkable!

Disney Springs
The Festival of Holiday Trees is new this year to Disney Springs. The walk-through
experience starts near Once Upon a Toy in the Marketplace. From there you will be able to
enjoy Disney-themed custom-decorated trees. It is sure to brighten anyone’s holiday!
For better or for worse, DisneyQuest is staying open! Prior announcements had an
NBA-themed experience taking over the building where DisneyQuest is located.
DisneyQuest remained in a holding pattern as we patiently waited to find out what was
happening with the attraction. Currently there are no plans to close or replace DisneyQuest.
Will you make it a point to visit on your next trip?
There is now a special holiday light show at Disney Springs! The teaser promo video features
computers coordinating a montage of lights that seem to float effortlessly in the sky. The tag
line is “Look to the stars soon at Disney Springs.” Here’s a sneak peak!

General Information
MagicBand 2 debuted at the D23: Destination D event in Orlando. The new band features
a puck that is interchangeable with other bands as well as a variety of other accessories. It
appears to be a little bulkier than the original MagicBand but the options for how you carry
it/wear it are endless.
