PHOTO BY SARAH EVANS RECIPE OF THE MONTH FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL FAVORITE: CANADIAN CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP BY SARAH EVANS The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival has become a staple in the fall for Disney resort guests. With the different booths from many different countries, the variety of food is perfect for someone, like me, who loves food. When trying to pick something to make from the festival, there were a variety of different foods from shrimp tempura tacos to Kalua pork sliders. As I looked over recipes, the Canadian cheddar cheese soup spoke to me. It is a favorite of mine at Le Cellier Steakhouse and being able to enjoy it during the Food and Wine Festival makes it a perfect recipe to try this month.
