Most guests don ’ t take
enough time to appreciate The Land Pavilion at EPCOT . So often , we hurry down the spiral ramp to try and beat the crowd to Soarin ’, but we seldom stop to appreciate the grandeur of the pavilion and the many culinary delights on offer . Before the food scene at EPCOT exploded via the many festivals ( that now seem to happen almost year-round ), Sunshine Seasons was putting out some of the freshest and tastiest food at EPCOT .
WHAT WE ORDERED
• Power Salad with Chicken ( oakfired chicken , almonds , and honey vinaigrette )
• Oak-grilled Salmon ( served with cheese grits and andouille corn succotash )
• Whole Wheat Pita ( roasted jackfruit , tzatziki , roasted red peppers , cucumbers , pickled onions )
• Strawberry Shortcake
• Plant-based Cookies ‘ n “ Cream ” Chocolate Mousse Cup
GRAB A SEAT The vaulted glass ceiling and whimsical decor inside The Land Pavilion atrium lend a lofty , bright ambiance to the space . Here , Sunshine Seasons offers enough air-conditioned seating without having to hover and pounce on a coveted spot . Looking up from your table , you can admire the hot air balloons , banners , and mobiles and catch your breath for a minute . Sunshine Seasons is a Quick-Service
