You’ll see the green exterior and banks of windows as soon as you approach. It is the more casual of the two French restaurants in the France pavilion and is modeled on a classic French brasserie. If you’ve ever been to France, Paris specifically, you’ll have seen countless spots that look identical dotting the streets. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Chefs de France has some serious culinary muscle behind its menu. The restaurant and menu were established by decorated French chefs: Paul Bocuse, Roger Vergé, and Gaston Lenôtre. If you look around the restaurant you will see photos depicting these three. These chefs are not only recognized leaders of French cuisine but Paul Bocuse is generally regarded as the first ever “celebrity chef”.
