In addition to having a business center, salon/barber services, massage services, and a health club, the dining options are incredible. This resort boasts an expansive food court (the best on property if you ask me), two Quick-Service locations, two Table-Service restaurants and two lounges. What’s even more impressive is how deep into the Spanish Colonial theme this resort goes, especially where dining options are concerned. Don’t panic if you are an “all-American” food loving kind of guy or gal, there are plenty of choices for you. However, for the more adventurous diner or lover of all dishes with a Mexican or Latin flair, you may have just found your home away from home at Coronado Springs. At Quick-Service, guests will find items such as chorizo and burritos on the breakfast menu then nachos, Mexican bowls, tacos, taco salads and empanadas among the lunch and dinner offerings. Again, you’ll find your fair share of salads, sandwiches, burgers and
