merchandise, rare characters, and enhanced entertainment. Admission starts at $129 per
person.
DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM
Concept art was recently released for the new UP show coming to Disney’s Animal
Kingdom. The rendition features colorful birds in flight along with Dug and Russell. Based
on the sketch and information released, this appears to be Flights of Wonder 2.0, which
will please many of the people who were sad to see the original Flights of Wonder go.
Birds will be free-flying and Dug and Russell will lead the adventure. The new show, UP!
A Great Bird Adventure, will debut April 22nd, Earth Day.
On April 22nd, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will celebrate its 20th spin around the sun! In
celebration, there will be unique activities scheduled from April 22nd until May 5th. You
can expect to see special animal encounters, exclusive desserts, and an extended Party
for the Planet celebration. Rafiki’s Planet Watch will have backstage visits with animal
experts and the entire park will offer a variety of PhotoPass opportunities. If you are
looking for something a little more exclusive to commemorate the anniversary, Tiffins will
host special themed dinners with animal experts. More information about this dining
event will be forthcoming.
