Lara Balsara, joined father Sam Balsara’s Madison
Communication at the age of 26. Lara did her BA
from St Xaviers College in Mumbai and went to the
UK to pursue her masters in marketing from Bristol
University. She came back and joined Madison
as a trainee in 2003. She diversified the business
further and was responsible for the success of
Madison Teamworks and Entertainment, Madison
Retail Paradigm and Madison RKD retail/iq. She
shouldered the responsibility along with her father,
helping Madison grow and widen and deepen its
