Scams have become an increasingly problematic issue within the Williams County area , where senior citizens are both targets and victims . Sheriff Kochert will speak on the warning signs of fraud and how to prevent being scammed .

Bergman has taught at both Northwest State Community College and Bowling Green State University , and has authored books , including The Dark Side of Charles Darwin : A Critical Analysis of an Icon of Science .
