Oil expert , Lori Berndt of Olive Twist , Inc . from Auburn , Indiana , will be presenting , “ Olive Oils 101 ” and will offer a tasting of a selection of olive oils . In this class , you will be shown how homemade olive oils vary from store bought olive oil varieties . Taste the differences in the oils and discover how olive oil should be paired with different food combinations . You will also learn about the amazing health benefits olive oil provides .
