During the month of March , anyone can come in and paint a mini canvas to be displayed until mid April .

Kids and teens can design a bookmark and submit them before the last Monday in March . During the last week , patrons of all ages can vote for their favorite design . The 3 designs with the most votes will be published and made available to the public through April .
