Used Book Sale, Through August, During Open Hours, Proceeds will benefit Friends of West Unity Library The Friends of the West Unity Library are holding a Used Book Sale, starting on August 3rd. The sale will run on Saturday, August 8th from 9am to 12pm during the 127 Garage Sale, and will run through the rest of the month during open hours. Buy used books, magazines, movies and more! All sold for free-will donations!

Meghan the Naturalist from Maumee State Park will be bringing LIVE ANIMALS for participants to hold and pet. Meghan will be talking about Ohio animals, past and present and will have some furs for kids to feel.

Homeschooling Day: National Homesteaders Day, August 14th, 10:00AM
In honor of National Homesteaders Day we will be making butter. All attendees will learn how to make butter and be able to take home their results. Try butter on bread or crackers to see if homemade butter vs store bought is better. Register.

Need a night out with the family but you’ re on a budget? Come for a free meal and movie with snacks. Please register for the meal. If you are just watching the movie registration is not required.

Calling all teens! Come have fun at the library! Discuss what you ' re reading with fellow attendees, play board games, and video games, or just hang out. Snacks provided!
