Adopt-A-Dinosaur: Read to Keep Them Alive, Through June & July, For All Ages
All ages can choose a dinosaur to adopt and help it thrive through the power of reading! Each dino comes with an“ Adoption Paper”, along with one responsibility... your dinosaur depends on YOU to survive! To keep your dino healthy you must read to it. Whether it’ s a picture book, chapter book, or even a magazine, all reading counts! Use the library’ s tracker sheet to stay consistent and keep your dino healthy!
Family Cardio Drumming with Krissy, Tuesdays & Thursdays in June & July, 10:30AM
Get your heart pumping and your energy flowing at this high energy program that combines music and movement with drumsticks, exercise balls, and upbeat tunes. Great for all ages!
Tuesday Dinosaur Movies, Weekly in June & July, 1:00PM Sensory Bin Wednesdays, Weekly in June & July, 9:00AM-6:00PM
Kids are invited to explore, scoop, pour, and play with four different sensory bins set up through the library.
Wanted Wednesdays, Weekly in June & July, 9:00AM-6:00PM
A dinosaur is on the loose can you find it? Fine the“ wanted” dino to receive a prize! New dino each week!
LEGO Day Thursdays, Weekly in June & July, 1:00PM
Each week, we’ ll provide a LEGO set for kids to work on together. Every child who helps contribute to building the set will be entered into a drawing for a chance to take home a completed set!

Dinolympics, June 5th, 1:00PM, Compete in T-Rex Scramble, Velociraptor Relay, & Dino Egg Toss! Dino Hunt Adventure, June 8th, 1:00PM, For Kids & Teens
Create your own explore gear, including a personalized backpack and water bottle. Then, set off on an exciting dinosaur hunt around the library! Along the way discover a mysterious egg and reveal its’ secrets!

Family Trivia Night, June 15th, 5:00PM, For All Ages
Gather your family and friends for an evening of fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition as you test your knowledge in pop culture, history, books, animals and more! Pizza will be served!
Make a Dino Jar Terrarium, June 22nd, 1:00PM, For Kids & Teens
Create a terrarium with a jar, fake plants, and a tiny dinosaur figurine. All supplies provided.
Stone Mosaics, June 26th, 1:00PM, For All Ages,
Design and assemble beautiful mosaic art using small stones, tiles, & other materials! All supplies provided. Each participant will receive a base, stones, and tools to create their own unique masterpiece. Take your finished stone home, or leave it to be displayed in the library“ community mosaic” project.
Balloon Games & Parachute Fun, June 29th, 1:00PM, For All Ages,
Kids and families will enjoy a variety of balloon themed games, from keep-up challenges to relay races, followed by interactive play with a colorful parachute tent!
