MONITOR New Freemen’s Dinner 2016, Stationers’ Hall T he impressive stained glass windows and carved oak panelling at the Stationers’ Hall, once again set the scene for this year’s New Freemen’s Dinner. Proposers and seconders, friends and relations, joined together to celebrate the election of our new Freemen of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists - the first formal event of the year and the only one where we complete all of the standard city ceremonies. All attended participated in Sung Grace, The Loving Cup and The Rose Water ceremonies. We were fortunate to have these demonstrated by Past Master David Morriss, Senior Warden Chris Histed and Junior Warden Dr Stefan Fafinski. The Clerk, supported by Court Assistant Ray Long, demonstrated the Loving Cup with much gusto.
