Archivist’s Corner
T
he Honorary Archivist John Poulter does great work for the Company
much of which is unseen.
Cinde Lee
The Hall team are reliant on the archives to answer questions regarding
the early days of the Company, therefore the storage and retrieval of this
information is critical to the long term future of the Company - this is why we
are very pleased that John Poulter now has not one but two assistants!!
Cinde Lee comes from a religious archives background and was introduced to
the WCIT by fellow musician Martin Black, Chair of our Arts Panel. She is an
academic translator who also works on mosaic and manuscript illumination
commissions.
John E Carrington is the son of WCIT Past Master John Carrington. He
recently became a Freeman of the Company having been a Journeyman for
three years.
We look forward to working with the newly extended WCIT archives team.
