Clerk’s Letter

Charity annual report both of which clearly and accurately convey
what our charity is doing. We have started to use the new iContact
system to send out e-mails that will enable us to identify those who are
not responding to this form of communication and, finally, thanks to a
kind donation from WCIT Court Liveryman Sheldon Stoutt, we now
have a plasma screen in reception that will have useful information for
those visiting the Hall.
We re ceive very good feedback on all these forms of communication
but also hear that people did not know about the Lifelites charity video
or had not read the WCIT Charity report. Please if you want to know
more or feel you have any unanswered questions call any member of
the Hall team and we will be happy to help you find the answer.
Speaking of the Hall staff, I would like to welcome Alan O’Connor,
our new Beadle/Hallkeeper to the team. He will be working to ensure
that the Hall is well run and maintained and, as a retired Guards
Colour Sergeant, he will be ensuring that the ceremonial side of things
are completed properly. If you are in the Hall or at an event I am sure
