The Copenhagen Youth Project works with disadvantaged young people who are often at risk of offending. It helps over 400 back into education and training every year. £4,000 saved by iT4C volunteers, helping staff become more technically self sufficient, was enough to help an extra 8 vulnerable young people.

Generate gives independence, life skills and employment opportunities to adults and young people with a learning disability. Creating a new website and Facebook Group, an iT4C volunteer helped members to communicate more safely online, increasing their sense of inclusion, community and skills. iT4C volunteer effort saved £6,000 – enough to help over 100 extra people. Families and people with learning disabilities get better information about services and the charity can attract more funding and donations to help deliver more, and better, services to the 300 members they support every week.
Young Minds

Young Minds Parent Helpline gives support and advice to parents and carers of children and young people with mental health problems. Just half a day of an iT4C volunteer (WCIT member) sorted a bottleneck in the critical IT infrastructure, allowing volunteers to carry on dealing with over 7,000 calls for help each year. “...I received a call back from a professional which was literally a lifesaver.
