Meet your hosts!
Micah LaCerte & Diana Chaloux - LaCerte
Micah & Diana are both WBFF Pro athletes and co-owners of Hitch Fit.
The duo introduced the WBFF to Kansas City in 2011, this year marks the
5 year anniversary of the show. Micah and Diana are both former WBFF
World Champions, Micah as the Muscle Model World Champion in 2011
and Diana the 2008 Figure World Champion. The couple reside in Kansas
City and love being a part of the community.
Micah & Diana founded Hitch Fit in 2009. The company offers one on
one personal training services in the Kansas City & Overland Park areas at
two private studio locations, and a team of 22 TRANSFORMATION
Trainers. Hitch Fit focuses on transformation, educating clients on how to
eat and train in order to change their bodies, improve their health and
become the best version of themselves. Hitch Fit also offers online
personal training globally. To date, Hitch Fit has clients in 68 countries
and has aided clients in shedding over 200,000 pounds of fat.

Thank you for joining us for the 2015 WBFF Central US Fitness Show in Kansas City!
The WBFF has brought many opportunities to us over the years, we are so grateful to Paul and Allison Dillett for
founding this organization, and that is why we wanted to pay it forward by hosting the show and allowing more
athletes to be part of the experience.
We are so proud of the athletes stepping on stage this year, we have had the chance to meet and interact with many of
them throughout the preparation process. It is incredible to see how they change and grow over this time, as they strive
to bring their best physical condition to the stage. What these athletes have achieved is remarkable. What you see on
stage is a product of discipline, determination and dedication. It takes mental, emotional and physical strength to set
the goal of competing and to see it through. So every single athlete who achieves this is a champion!
In this athletes guide you will find images of many (not all) of the athletes competing in our show. Pre-show we held
posing clinics here in Kansas City as well as an online voting competition for all competitors who wanted to participate.
Through those activities, several athletes won full page features so you will be able to get to know those winners a little
better!
We want to congratulate the athletes and thank the family, friends and fans who have supported them on their journey
to the stage. We are grateful to our Savior Jesus Christ for allowing us to host this event, and for the blessing of being a
part of the fitness journey of these individuals.
