There have been ups and downs as we’ve all found our place in this new normal, and we are grateful to have such a strong and resilient community around us. Valued clients and our Waypoint family have worked patiently with us as we’ve adapted to these changes in operations, and we can’t thank you enough. We’ve learned a lot from these unprecedented times. Thank you first to our clients for your continued support, and especially to our Waypoint family for keeping calm and carrying on through this crisis. We couldn’t be more proud of the way this situation has been handled inside and out. At Waypoint, we have remained a strong and vital part of the communities we serve. Although we haven’t had the pleasure of serving you face to face over the last few months, we’ve still been busy working away at home. Our team has quickly learned how to use remote processes to continue providing you with the service and insurance solutions you rely on. We made the transition to a remote office overnight. This meant organizing over 200 staff members into a digital workplace in less than 24 hours! But we did it, and our teams have adapted amazingly well. We’ve been featuring the roles of many of our dedicated staff on our Facebook page to give you a glimpse into the thought and care that has gone into ensuring our new remote systems are designed to serve you best. Our clients and our communities have remained immensely supportive during this time. We’ve received incredible feedback from all of you, telling us how easy it has been to tend to insurance needs in spite of restrictions, and it means the world to us. As we look toward the future, know that we are planning carefully with the safety of all of our valued customers and staff in mind. Our auto team has re-entered the physical workplace and we have an effective strategy for maintaining everyone’s health and safety. British Columbia has entered a very positive and enviable phase of our Covid journey, and we invite you to visit our COVID-19 page on our website for up to date information on our Re-Entry Safety Plan. We hope to see you in person soon, but we will continue to accommodate those who prefer to stay home after restrictions have been lifted. Adapting to a digital workplace means that we are better equipped to serve you in new ways, and we intend to maintain these new distance service channels for the foreseeable future. How exciting! You can look forward to experiencing the same great Waypoint service with multiple ways to access us. We’re available to you by phone at 310-8442 or by email through our website Waypoint.ca. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions or feedback. We are waiting to hear from you! + 25
