WELCOME
Fall is a time to reflect on the year passed, set personal
goals for yourself, and—if you are a business owner—look
at having some firm company goals and a strategy for the
future by building off the successes in the previous year.
Here at Waypoint, we are no different. We have a digital
core initiative in mind, and last year we built up our
foundational strength with a new computer system and
training for our people. As we look forward to the launch
of our digital self-serve platform, it is important to us
that we maintain the same relationship values with our
customers by allowing them to communicate how they
want to with us. At Waypoint, it’s all about options!
